By using the Wilson Cycles website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to alter product pricing, specification and description without notice.

PRODUCT PURCHASES
All products are checked before they are dispatched but in the unlikely event you receive a damaged item please send it back to us at our shop, address shown on our Contact page - and we will send out a replacement. A free of charge replacement will only be issued on proof of defective material or manufacturing defects. Any wear and tear or misuse is not covered under our warranty. If you are in any doubt please email us with your questions prior to purchase.

RETURNS POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the merchandise is unused and in the same condition as purchased, return it for a refund. If you have the original receipt, we will refund the item based on the original form of payment. Returns must also be received within 14 days of purchase. Without receipt we can offer a credit note, issued for the current price of the item. We can limit the number of returns without receipt. Wilson Cycles reserves the right to deny any refund or exchange. Customers will be charged for the cost of postage in the exchange of goods.

PAYMENT DETAILS
As a precaution to Credit card fraud we can only send orders to the address to which the credit card is registered. We accept all major credit and debit cards Inc: Visa*, MasterCard, Maestro, JCB and American Express. We also accept cheques for mail order purchases (please allow 7-10 days for cheques to clear before orders are sent out).

OUT OF STOCK ORDERS
If the item you ordered is out of stock you will be notified by e-mail or phone within 24 hours. We will also let you know when the item should be coming into stock and give you details of other similar products that are in stock at present. As all payment for orders are not taken until the product is shipped out if you wish not to wait for the item to come back in stock it is easy to cancel the order with no hassles regarding refunds etc.

POSTAGE POLICY
Once the order has been placed delivery will take no more than 5-7 working days. Delivery normally takes 3 working days.

PRIVACY POLICY STATEMENT
We collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail and our form (on the contact page), and who place orders via our online store. We aggregate information on what pages are visited and information volunteered by the consumer. The information we collect is used to improve the content of our Web pages and to notify consumers about updates to our Web site. We do not share your information with any other organizations.
